This small prep in Maidenhead has a wonderful family feel, with lots of inter-year mixing and a relaxed, happy atmosphere. The new head Sarah Wallace took up post in November 2023 and is a familiar face having previously been deputy, making for a super-smooth handover. Pupils do everything with gusto, in and out of the classroom, and it really feels like their views and opinions count. Bursaries
Highfield Prep offers means tested bursaries to all new entrants to the School in Reception through to Year 6. All applications are assessed by a third party, include a full financial history and if successful are worth up to 50% of fees. All awards are subject to an annual review.
